My light behind the Fan section burned out. How do I replace that ? also does rear fan switch and rear wiper switch light up at night with dash lights?

The rear fan switches and rear wiper do light up at night. Replacement bulbs are available at Radio Shack. They have to be soldered in place, but only cost $1.49 per pair, considerably less expensive than a new switch assembly. As for the fan switch on the main unit, I can't help you.

Light replacement went well. I carefully removed the dash. unbolted, Unplugged the plugs and removed the AC unit. The lights were turn a quarter turn to remove and lights slid right out. Put everything back together.
