I have no problem with two over easy eggs in a tiny amount of unsalted butter and some black pepper or sometimes cayenne...

But so much win in this stream of comments...I wanna try so many of them :)

I also use a lid at times. Like today:chef:
(I only reserve about 1tbsp of the fat tho)
