I'm trying to make some money for a road trip I'm planning for this summer, and a good way to do that is to sell stuff on the side of the road. However, last time I did this, I simply opened up the doors and held up a sign that said "everything $4" to passing motorists... I had two people stop. One stopped to tell me that she didn't want to buy anything, and another actually did buy something.
Anybody have any experience doing this?

Work it like a garage sale. Display a ton of items and passer-bys curiosity will have them stop and look.
