Surely not to bring everyone down, but while I was doing a test walking in the hallway I saw a guy as it turns out nearly die.I have never seen that before.I could see from his knees down and his feet where stretched out and he was shaking unlike anything I have seen.I got back to my room and the thought occurred to me what I saw was a body that wanted to quit and whatever creates life fighting to stay alive. It was just horrible, just horrible. That image is playing over and over again in my mind.I do want to keep that fresh in my mind to motivate me to take better care of myself. You get so used to living as you are, your mind doesn't recognize what your missing or how you should feel.We adapt too easily.

This one was my fault.I had been off my meds for a long, long time.Even through Stan said he has three stents as I now do,there won't be a fourth for me.
