Thanks for the update Logan, I'm sure the bigger van will be better suited to family needs.

Re: Stopping by to show off my new ride
I've always been curious about the AWD Express vans. Would love to hear more about them. What year is yours? Can you find out what kind of transfer case and suspension setup it has? Some photos of the chassis from below would be awesome too. Also fuel consumption numbers, and turning radius.. Thanks for posting!

Re: Stopping by to show off my new ride
So far the fuel mileage is about 13-ish. That's loaded with parts and tools around town enjoying my flowmaster lol I it originally came with just two benches in the back. I kept one, threw out the interior panels and installed shelves in the far back. its a 2004 and had to go 3 hours away to find it. there were NONE in central Ohio when I was looking. had it up on my buddies rack and we came to the conclusion that it is KINDA built like the Avalanche. not exactly. but close. the turning radius I swear is better than the astro ! could be the rack and pinion steering. so far, I like it a lot. still hitting curbs with the rear for some reason but getting used to it.I had a lot of attachment to my astro so nothing will be the same lol I got a real good deal on it. it has about 144,000miles on it. looks like the slider and quarter have been replaced. honestly,it fits my needs perfect :-)

Re: Stopping by to show off my new ride
I have been thinking a lot about the express vans lately too.
I see some Interesting configurations of side doors...
I would love the AWD as well. And I bet this would fit.
