accelerator cable connector

Post by snapple »

I managed to break the little plastic clip that connects the accelerator cable to upper intake. Its different from how the cruise control cable next to it mounts. Can this connector be bought or need to purchase whole cable? Is this junk yard item only? I checked on my '94 parts van,but its not the same for my '95.
Thanks folks!

Cant say I'm positive it will happen,
but you stand a pretty good chance of a nice surprise when you find a brand new one of the correct length and fit for pretty cheep.

Wish that was the case. GM has discontinued it,and nationwide no dealer has it. Looks like Im going to the JY,or need to rig it!

Yep, nothing aftermarket available either! Checking the JY in the morning, If no luck, I will need to extend and loop the cable on the stud or something rigged along those lines.
