THe guy that I got the car from did not disable the EGR. I have heard that doing so can create too high combustion temps and it could lead to detination when running high RPMs. These cars run max out about 6200 RPMs for 8 laps per heat. I will be running 93 octane.

Do you think that there will be an increase of power if I disable it? There is no thermostat in it and the fan is wired to run all the time.

Have any thoughts?
