I'm not a big fan of "snake oil" but my Uncle had a car that was burning oil badly and he put in a quart of Rislone the next oil change and his car stopped burning oil. As a last effort before tearing apart your engine have you considered trying some "snake oil"? Rislone or Lucas seam to be the better brands.

I took the plunge and looked at the link.....good thing I am color blind to blue! Didn't see Peter's AWESOME rig! Never seen an ASV motor swap; reminds me of doing bugs, but the other end comes up. (PS, I'm not color blind and I was impressed with Peter's van)
