Well, I've never had more than a set of 2 inch body lift blocks in the front. I cranked up the torsion bars to get about another 2 inches max.
The back had sagged out steel springs with OLV lift shackles that give about 2 or 3 inches or so. That didnt do it, so I also put in 2 inch axle blocks. I think thats whats in the pix. I eventually nixed those blocks, and just got good springs that give about 4 inches of lift.
Then with the OLV shackles on their lowest rung, sat about another inch up from as in those pix.

She finally went for the maiden voyage tonight.
Up the highway and back for a couple miles with no plates
Tomorrow it gets plated.
Sure has some new power! I can hardly wait to drive to work tomorrow!
I think I might twist the torsion bars up just a tiny bit more, and reinstall the stock shackles instead of the overlands that are on there in the pic.

Good stuff!
Yup...agreed, I think it'll look better without so much of a height difference front-to-rear.

Well, It stopped raining, so tonight I cranked up the t-bars to the top and then backed them both off 1.5 turns.
Then I Measured it and tightened the passenger side up half a turn.
Both front wheel wells at top center measure 34 inches now, and the rears are 35 with the overland shackles on the lowest rung.
Sits a lot closer to level now, so I will leave the overlands in there.

Nice van! I like the sound of it when you were rowing through the gears in the video.

I will have to post another vid that actually does justice to the sound!

She's been doing her daily driver service for well over a month now. A few little bugs to work out. Getting a front driveshaft finally, tommorow. Then i can take it further up the hill.
