The other option is the MSD 6010 for the LS swap if you want to keep the coil packs. It requires a computer to program initially but it's totally standalone otherwise. These days there are a ton of options for folks wanting to carb one of these engines.

Supposedly "area under the curve" flow wise is great with them.
That being said, virtually any head that uses a standard SBC header or intake is going to be sub optimal. For the $$$ even a set of 18 degree stuff or Brodixes or AFRs looks very, very good. Could buy a set of those, a Procharger and still have a ton of bank left over. Or a nice LS2, or a nice BBC as in the whole engine. Also fit a hell of a lot better in an M-van chassis than those monstrosities.
