Nothing fun about facing 5 or more teenage kids at 11 o'clock at night ( or 3am ) telling them to keep it down before someone gets a baseball bat upside the head. Then having them tell you that they will never find the body.
Sounds like my buddies old neighbors. After a few keep it down visits and getting that threat we kinda upped the anty..... One of the punk kids said they'll have to identify my buddy via dental records.... So we kinda "kidnapped" the kid threw him in my van ( as it turns out vans are amazing for snatching people) drove him about 3 miles outta town and left him in a field in his skivvies ( it was summer) and told him if he is going to make threats like that he should watch who he says it too. Then drove off. We then doubled back and followed him as we wern't actually out to hurt the punk. He got home ok and when my buddy went up to ask em to knock it off after that it became quiet with only a please keep it down. I think the kid to this day thinks he may have been living above a serial killer :muhaha:

No the weird scream the punk made when 2 guys in black and balaclavas bolted out of the side of my van and grabbed him was funny :yawinkle: He definitely learned his lesson and at least it was from a couple of guys into practical jokes not a couple of people into hurting people.

That's freaking sweet, I would have loved to do that !! That kid was the catalyst for me to buy my first home though. We lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with a dog and 2 kids ( by the end of it  ) for 8 years. Came with some really good neighbors and really really cheap rent and a giant driveway and barn at my disposal all while living in the city. Kinda miss the old place sometimes. Apartment upstairs was empty for a good 8 months and I only put up with the kid for about 3 weeks before I started looking at houses. Found one with a quick 8 week closing and I was out. Landlord was sweet old lady and let me keep my stuff in the aparment for 2 months rent free while I did some renovations on the new house. Little old lady ended up selling the house because social services was giving her a hard time about kicking out a 17 year old on welfare.
