LED resistor in front signal circuit.....where???

I looked at the schematic in the Haynes manual....just at the 'left front park/turn lamp'......LT Blue and Black go to the signal.....installed Phillips 21W across these two wires... and still have hyper-flash .

So...I look at the schematic again......how does the marker light run of off the Lt Blu and the BRN....2 positives???

Tried LT BLU to BRN......LT BLU to BLK.....BLK TO BRN.......all 3 ways retain the hyper-flash! WTF?

Will a LED flasher solve the hyper flash?
