Howdy. I've been wanting to buy a chevy express cargo van and I've passed up a few only because they didn't have rear and side windows. So now I'm wondering if anybody knows how difficult it would be to add some windows to a van that didn't come with any from the factory. Is it just a matter of cutting out the hole and using urethane to glue a donated window on? How about for the barn door windows?
If anybody has done this help is appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
It can be done, but there's more to it that just cutting a hole and gluing it in. Glass is heavy, and van bodies twist and move, which glass doesn't like.
The window vans have structural reinforcement around the windows to stiffen it up.
It's a bit of fabrication work.
I have seen one person do this properly. They basically cut the wall structure out of an existing junk donor window van, and transplanted it into their own.
I also wanted a window van, and I just waited until one came up. Really glad I did.

For the side windows for sure I can see them needing framework but for the rear and barn doors it looks like the door is begging for a hole and slapping them on.

Yes doors should be fine. The tilt out windows might be even easier.
