Hello fellows,
I'm helping a friend replace his trans in a 98astro. It has the stock 4.3/ 4l60e. I have never pulled one of these trannys however the hole under the trans only reveals the flywheel teeth and no way to get to the bolts unless maybe the oil pan was removed? Could someone tell me what is the proper way of removing the torque convtr bolts before removing the transmission? I don't want to attempt it after removal...thanks, Kris
