I dunno , maybe i watch the sci-fi channel to much but if i was in the woods & saw that thing coming at me , i'd probably start shooting at it !!!! :yikes: :yikes: :yikes:

But very nifty. I was amazed when the guy kicked it and it didn't fall over. That is am amazing feat for a computer controlled robot.

It is a neat advancement in tech but I just can't help but wonder wouldn't a real mule work better and be cheaper???

Imagine that thing with a 50 cal chain gun and a video camera /remote feed

It could wander around afghanistan while some guy in Virginia controls it via remote control.

Amazing piece of equipment but can tell ya,,if seen down here roaming the woods, he wouldn't last long before a 7mag. took it out. Can you imagine the reports coming in when this thing is sited walking around the countryside ??

Yeah, I can definely see military potential with it. Down the road after refining its movement to be more natural. Cover it to look like a real animal. Hell, if Hollywood can do it, I'm sure it could be done in the military as well.
