At 824, Florida has more convictions than any other state. Wouldn't think that's a good thing... But, at least when they do catch them, they convict them!
Now if they could just manage to do that for all the violent offenders in the state, then we'd be gettin' somewhere!

I was surprised that Texas' numbers were so low considering the scoundrels we have in office down here.
Either they aren't breaking the law, or they aren't getting caught at it. most likely the second possibility.
