I want to run the sender for my tranny temp guage in the tranny line going back to the transmission and I have this sender:

I cant seem to find the part to "T" into the line to do this. Can anyone help?

I made this connection with AN fittings once.
I have since sold the truck so I don't have any pictures, but if you can find a dealer for Russel Fittings they specialize in AN fittings of all kinds.

Plug it into the tranny case itself. There's a small plug on the driver's side of the case.
High up.Remove and screw in the sender.

I have the sender there now. I dont trust that location due to the fact that it is a test port for line pressure. I wanna see what the temp is right out of the cooler to see how cool it gets.

SoCal, I am under the impression that you have a sender in both the input and output of your tranny lines. Do you have picture of you set up?

Yeah, I have a sender on the inlet and outlet cooling lines of my trans, and a tiny toggle switch to flick between outlet and inlet which shows the two temps on one guage. Just a fun thing to play with on my long drives out through the desert, while towing. Sorry no pictures at the moment as everything is covered in bondo and paint dust, but it`s easy to do.
