Hello,
I am interested in building a rack for snowboards. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on it. I want it to carry 6-7 snowboards and i will be only traveling 3 miles to the hill. I was thinking about something like wood with angled slots cut into it then just drop the boards in. Let me know if you have any ideas.
Thanks

Check out Thule, http://www.thuleracks.com/
I especially like the racks that slip into your trailer hitches reciever. There easy to access, easy to remove and they require no modification to your van.
My daughter has one that can hold 4 snowboards, or 3 pairs of skis with 2 snowboards, or 6 pairs of skis.
There a little pricey, but there well made.
If nothing else it may give you an idea about how to make your own.
