looking at a 2001 awd

I am looking at getting another van its a 2001 awd with 109k miles is there any issues I should be aware of with the awd? or anything that I should check out on this van? before purchase
this would be my first awd van

Do not neglect the front diff. With 109k on it replace the axle and pinion seals. Don't repeat my mistake. ](*,)
