I just skimmed this article/posting so don't hold me to any of it. Looks like the laywer and Judges involved in getting Paragon shutdown are in hot water for illegal dealings..... greasing palms( shut up peter) backscratching, etc. Not saying Paragon will be opening anytime soon, but it's surfacing how owner with help from crooked lawyer and judges, illegally broke lease and shutdown park. 6pages of reading with many links, but maybe some interest to a few.
