The rest are off camera leaning on shovels holding coffees and directing the game...... The guys who are working are usually the dudes with the least seniority and they wouldn't be allowed to decide to play that on their own so the others must be off camera directing the game....

I know it looks like they are doing nothing but its simply not true. Everyone knows that to insure the longevity of a good shovel, it must be held in a vertical, upright position during the hours 9-4. For best results, fold both hands over the handle top and every now and then put your chin on top of your hands.
