That is the normal flex of the body mount bushings.

It was a junker going to scrap.. it smells terrible, interior is trashed.. wheels are the nicest part!
The bumper is fine.. Those are DHC Off Road Mounts on there!!
I must say.. It was FAR more dramatic, and a MUCH better picture in my head.. but it sure was fun!
