Grey 2003+ Safari AWD ... LIFTED?

Hi folks!
I wish I had paper and pen to write down my number but today around 5:45PM I was driving south on Knight Street bridge (Vancouver BC) and there was a beautiful Grey 2003+ Safari AWD which was lifted ... the front bumper was not aligned right yet. Is this owner on this forum!???
I chased him down from Marine road and I wish I just rolled down the window to say hi and exchange information :(
No photo either .. .man I suck!
