I need that they help me. my heating only works in the level but fast or strong they stopped working the levels but slow those that are 3 but slow ones I want to know that problem can be since the bad inner fuse this good one but if those of outside estan diganme if they can help me I do not leave photos with which they can be the causes of the problem

There is a resistor board that controls the speeds of the blower. I am not sure exactly where it is located on your year of van though. You might be able to find it by following the wires back from the blower.

I'm not sure if the board can be repaired, I know replacement on my 1997 would be unplugging the plug where the wires go in, unscrewing the board from its mount and slide it out. Replace with a new board and re-attach the plug.

The resistor module is visible in that first picture in the lower right quadrant.

I am not sure what the problem is... Are you missing high speed? If you are, there is a high speed relay. If you are missing the lower speeds, the resistor pack is bad.
