I was just curious about the idea of removing the rectangular head lights and replacing them with old style round head lights. just to change the looks of the front end even more then I have so far. I believe I can just modify the bezels and replace the metal basket that the head light sits in with round ones. What do you guys think? My safari is a 89.

Yeah basically but with my custom tube grill and such.

I don't know how you'd do the bezels, but I think it would look cool. I'm pretty sure the buckets would go in pretty easy on the adjusters and springs, I don't have a 7" headlamp bucket to try though.

With some simple metal fab skillz, you can make any headlamps fit the front of an Astro, especially the old-style Astros. Round headlamps always look good, because they are different.
