I'd wait until you get the headlights you want and install both the headlights and parking lights at the same time.

Prolly look good with tinted headlights and taillamps. If you're gonna do it, you gotta do it all.

I really like this look on black vans, or white monochome. Black can have chrome, though. Your blue may look cool this way, but all that really matters is if YOU like it or not.

I know in some jurisdictions they really hate these things (as I do actually when they are on the road) as they limit the visibility of the light/indicator. I know in parts of BC the RCMP gives you the choice to remove them immediately, or be towed. I personally think they are great for shows, etc but would remove them for safety. I had a buddy get rear ended with these covering his tail/brake lights and the judge found him 50% at fault for not having his brake lights maintained in proper operation. Kinda crazy, but that was the deal.

I'm not a big fan of the tinted lenses, and if you have plans on getting a billet grille anyways, I can't see the tinted lenses going well with that.. In fact the only time I can see the tinted lenses looking good, is on a completely black vehicle, and again, there may be some legality issues with that.. Personally, the only thing I would do (if anything) to your parking lights, is polish the lenses up a bit, as they are starting to look a little yellowed, but really nothing more than that.
