I gotta go out and get one first!! I usually wait til the last minute to carve it up, just 'cause they go bad so quickly... At least in the Florida heat they do... It won't survive a week once it's cut up...

I cut this years with a drywall saw. I was in a hurry, lol. The Theatre of Pain one took longer than all 4 of this years. My kids helped design them, my wife hollowed them out, I cut them.

Okay, so mine isn't original (it came from one of those books) but this year my son helped and that's cool...

He did not like sticking his hands in there!!!

I'd contribute, but the stinking deer in my area knocked our 2 jack-o-lanterns to the ground and ate them.
