Door Handle Woes

Post by CaptSquid »

Well, I exerted dental pressure on the jacketed projectile this afternoon and parted ways with $50 at the stealership. In as much as I have very few tools, I elected to have the "professionals" at the body shop install the NEW door handle on the driver's door. But the big problem was with the new handle itself. It was one of those HELP handles which, after installation, works nicely. The bolts are TOO CLOSE to each other to fit the factory holes. I'm gonna rocket HELP about this one.

Now all I have to do is get used to opening the door the normal way.

As I said, the stealership did mine, but ain't it grand not to have to futz with the door handle to open the door any more?
