This picture is not for the squeamish so if are a little squeamish, don't open it.
Blood is literally flowing in the streets of Port au Prince.
These people had nothing to begin with and now this. If you have ever felt the need to help out a charity or get involved as a volunteer please get in touch with one of the many organizations who are trying to help these people.
