I didn't see a transfer with enough clearence for a lifted Astro! Oh, I guess they want those parked out on the main promenade so they can be seen. As we all know, a lifted Astro automatically raises the property values of it's parking space and surrounding areas. 
Pretty incredible system. Uhm, how much does a system like that cost to build, holy smokes.

japan uses a similar system except above ground and some people actually did have really basic lifts in their driveways to park 2 cars, one above the other
