A package showed up today
At first I thought it might be a pizza, or a record. I opened it up and it turned out to be a flexplate for the project heap. That showed up freakily fast, I was taking my time on pulling the transmission now I'm behind the curve. Thanks Dunedog!

nothing like christmas in july 
'89 Astro, 4.3L, TBI. Minor intake and exhaust mods. Rebuilt 700R4 trans (by me). Corvette servo, 0.5" boost valve, police grade 1-2 accumulator spring (shifts fast and solid). B&M stacked plate trans cooler. Bilstein shocks. Belltech sway bars front and back. New head unit, speakers and subwoofer. Needs paint and a new headliner.

Just because I haven't been saying much doesn't mean I haven't been working on it. I think it's sat so long the converter drained though. I probably had the trans spewing out a quart of ATF when I put it in. Either that or I was a bit over filled. Oh well only one way to find out.
