How to ruin a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon.

Post by blk lt awd »

you get your car keyed of course. why do effin people feel the need to damage someone elses property? i come out of the library after doing homework for 4 hours....like that isn't bad enough.....and notice a can of kokanee on its side by my front tire. didn't think much of it considering i was parked on a slight incline and figured it rolled over from somewhere up yonder....then i see it.....key marks on my doors. :yikes: what pisses me off more is that this idiot or idiots were so effin lazy they couldn't even key the freakin car properly to justify me putting in an insurance claim worth the price of the deductable. just two marks on each door big enough to be ugly and noticable but not worth the hassle of filing a claim. not to mention the paint is a bitch to blend as is.....bastards.

thanks for letting me vent.

I've come back to my van in the parking lot, and found the mirror bent forward or whatever. It's a good thing it's collapsible.

Vancouver has terrible drivers. It's as if they're not aware of the world outside of their metal and glass bubble, or whatever is directly in front of them.

I've come out from school to find my mirror folded in.
There are key marks all over my van, and right under the driver's window is the lovely word "b****."

Of course, it was keyed like that before I got it, but sometimes I'll notice a new scratch or two.

The point is, people can be morons, but you just gotta try and see the best in things.

back when i had my 93 cargo van, the infamous Tye-dyed van, when i would go somewhere I would always park away from all the other cars, usually 5 or 6 empty parking spaces on each side of the van. When i would come back out, there would always be someone parked right next to me even though there were still 4 or five open spaces closer to the establishment. I never understood that.
I have a ban hammer and I ain't fraid to use it!

Maybe people don't know how to park between the lines unless there's a vehicle beside them for guidance. :dunce:

I can park my car between lines, but when I was driving big truck/semi I had a hell of a time backing between lines or to a door. If I had a choice of which to back into, always picked a door with a trailer in it. It was a lot easier to back in with something to guage to, but a semi is a whole lot bigger than a car.

Sorry to hear you bad news, and yes, Venting does help somewhat.

Man O Man, I'm so glad I escaped Vancouver for the island.
There's still a lot of the idiots here too, but mostly in the cities like Victoria, Nanaimo and Duncan, And thankfully, I live out in the sticks!
Now I get Black Bear's claw & tooth marks on it If I leave any "smelly" food stuff inside it and window cracked open.. Idiot Bears! Lol.
