Chevy & GMC Vans

I came into class about half an hour late because I was doing some work on the van, and I overheard some people who were already finished with their assignments. They were apparently talking about what they did over the weekend. One of them was talking about how she went all the way from here to Ada (~30 miles) and DID NOT KNOW THAT SHE WAS DRIVING!

Apparently she remembers someone else in the car asking her where she was going, and she said something about Bing, and the person let her know that they were in Ada.

How does somebody drive 30 miles and not know that they did it!? Plus, after that, how do they think that they're someplace else!?

I used to use cover stories like that when someone reported to my first wife that I was at a strip joint. "honest, I did't know what I was doing or how I got there". was always a hard sell as I didn't smoke pot or drink.
