New rims for my 2004 Safari question
Hi, fellas. I just got back from the local auto recyclers and got what I thought was a good deal on 16 inch steel rims for my Safari at $50 each for brand new!! Now I can finally ditch the corroded alloys that came with it (they look bad and 2 of them leak air around the tire bead). Does anyone know where I can get the center caps for the steel rims? I'm gonna scrap the alloys, but the center caps on them are still pretty good, so if anyone needs a set, I can hook them up for cheap. Thanks for the read and for any and all responses.

That was a good deal.
You might want to throw those center caps up in our for sale section.

No pics yet. Gonna find the center caps and mount the tires first. Then lots of pics!

If they are steel stock rims for an 04 Astro, Justice had a full set for sale. He might part out the caps.
As far as the alum caps, there are several different styles... Hence PIX.

Yep, Stockers they be.
Only one cap design for those.
The Alums had a couple different models though.
Good Luck with your search, Jim

Nothing at JC Whitney, but I found a place to get 4 new aftermarket caps for $60 US. They're ordered and I'll post pics when I get them.
