Express van no heahlights

Express van 2500 year 2007. No headlights hi or low beam. Don’t know when this happened, it’s a work vehicle and rarely used after dark.
So far checked fuses. Replaced relays, replaced left headlight. (The light had a large crack in it)
Still no headlights. The hi beam light on dash lights up when switched.
When changing from hi beam to low I can hear the relays clicking.
The lights are sealed hi low beam.
Checked voltage to connector on bulb
The horizontal pin has power I thought this should be the ground. The left pin no power. The right pin has power
Either in hi or low beam same results
The only thing I can think of is the hi low switch or the light, parking light switch on dash.

Anyone think of the possible problem

Hi welcome to the forum.
Check for bad grounds and corrosion in the sockets. If you measured power then switches are fine.
I don't know what left/right pins are but black wire is ground. Yellow is low beams, and dark green+white is high beams.
