It's overdone, just for the laugh on TV. I love the H1 episode, when he floors it and gets 1 mpg. I've done the same with a Range Rover, but you'd never hear him say anything about it.

I mostly watch the show for their "adventures", as their cars reviews while funny aren't that great.

This will probably take a year or longer, till you guys get to view it (the new series has not aired here yet), but a plant in the camp has stuck a pic of an Astro on the "cool" wall.
We are awaiting its viewing over here, the new series probably out this Autumn (UK)
Have you seen the 'Winter Olympics' episode yet? Or the drive to the North pole?

An Astro on the cool wall! That I need to see!

I've seen both the Winter Olympics and the North Pole episodes.

i didnt even bother to watch the video as i know ive seen it before, possibly even on here considering i dont watch tv or know the existence of any other websites. but it is quite humorous as i recall, i like when he is trying to turn the camper around and holding up all the traffic, but i know there are numerous other funny parts.

I like the show too sometimes..... but definitely for the adventures (tests) my favorites are the camping one and both the amphibious trys.... and the rocket one (UK Space Shuttle, NASA doesn't have to worry much :D )

one thing I noticed on both amphibious shows..... (none of them thought about a 12 volt bilge pump..... its an option on my carpet cleaning machine, you would think anyone making a boating attempt (at least one of the three or someone on the show, might have suggested or thought of it))

I was rooting for the Damper Van.... would have been cool if it worked.... made me think about the DSO - Surface Orbiter from a bunch of years back... I tried posting pics on another post, but couldn't.

another great show was when Jeremy had the little tiny car... all he needed was a pink fro and big red shoes.......

Thanks for the post Reileys, that was hilarious. Those guys are great.

My Fiancee got a big kick outta the trailing hitching scene with the bad communication. When we got our "caravan" I told here we were NOT going to be that couple that was yelling and arguing trying unsuccessfully to back the trailer in to the spot and then re hitch it later. I taught her the Union signals to give me while backing up and and she got pretty good at it.

I like Top Gear and Fifth Gear.

My favorite Top Gear is Richard Hammond driving a classic Dodge harger for the first time. Its exactly how I feel about the car. I've posted this before, but here it is if you want to see it.

An update on the "cool wall" post from above. Apparently the pic was removed before the current series went to air..........there were just to many others added as well.
Shame,
