Hey folks, My 95 has just begun a starting problem when cold around 40 degrees and below. It will crank fine but not start until it seems like something kinda "trips" and then instant start, smooth running, but with check engine light on. Still runs fine and once I shut it off and restart it after a few minutes the CEL is out and no more problems. I've also lately noticed that my all of my lights pulsate roughly in line with engine RPM although I don't yet know if there's any relation between the 2. Open to suggestions and a thanks very much to you all.

For starters, if you have not yet seen these threads take a look , it may help you figure out what could be the problem...I had a 95 but the hard starts were a pita...everything else tho about the van was great. Interested in the Factory Service Manuals ( if i can find them? ) if so, send me a PM, I'll give ya a good price.
