Leapin' Lizards!

Post by dumb lady »

Ok, so I'm driving down the road on my way home from shoe-shopping when SUDDENLY a lizard comes jumping out of the dashboard!
After I got done SCREAMING I decided to take some pix. Cute little fella.
He was tiny, but gave me such a fright...

When I finally got home I had trouble 'shooooing' him out.
Image
But I finally did get him out. Funny thing is, that's prolly where he started. I bet he went full circle:)

I guess that was God's punishment for buying shoes at the Family Dollar. I dunnio what came over me.
But, LOOKIT how CUTE!!! And for just $5.99!!
(Forgive me, I have no life)

Yeah, those little florida anoles are all over. My son loves to try to catch them the couple times he's been to Fla. Glad ya didn't wreck!!!!!! My family friend who lives down their used to blow them up with firecrackers when we were little. Yeah, I know, cruel, but when you're young and stupid. We actually brought a few back on vacation back in 88 and kept them for a while in a fish tank. The males are cool when they puff up their throats!!
