Removing / Mounting tires

Post by ihatemybike »

Anybody in Chicagoland have the tools to remove and mount tires? I want to get Grumpy rolling on its wagon wheels.

Removing just lower the air pressure - find some good ruts and voila - removed - to install just grab a can of ether... not smart but effective butane will work in a pinch as will propane... LOL :poke:

what are you doing with your rims your taking off ??? i need a center cap from the back wheels you have on it now .
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

DAILY THOUGHT:
SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES - NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.

Haven't decided yet. I was thinking about finding a forth, getting a complete set of center caps, and mounting Green's winter tires on them, but that leaves me with Green's stock chrome rims just laying around.
