roof racks?

Post by arlon »

Are there any decent roof racks available that would bolt to the original locations? I'd like a real rack but don't want to make a bunch of new holes in the roof either. Something that clamps to the original rails maybe. I also want something sturdy enough with a bottom I could actually lay/sleep on if I wanted too.. Any thought or pics appreciated.

Here's what I have. It's made by Valley Industries and I added the extension kit. I've hauled a lot up there. Never slept on it though but my kids and their friends have sat in it on occassion...

This is what I had on my van until I had the hightop installed. Easy to install, clamps to the stock rails and holds alot of weight.
