Wotcha!

Post by warbird »

Hi from Bristol, UK I run a 1994 Astro tin top with 'Dutch' rear doors, not many mods (yet) I've gone for the 'old school' look however, inside I've gone heavy with light string & LED lights in various colours. I've just ordered another set of wheels from the States as the ones on the van are quite pitted in the aluminium (sorry, OUR spelling! :bounce: ) Hope these pictures work......................

Great van!

And your new wheels are one of my all-time favorite styles.

Welcome to the site. Some great folks here with much information. Am a fan of AR wheels for sure but my favorite are the ol school rally wheels.
Here are my AR's.

Welcome to ASV!
Those are very nice wheels. Your old wheels aren't bad at all. Jeez, they're cherry compared to my 20 year old stock honeycomb aluminum wheels.
'89 Astro, 4.3L, TBI. Minor intake and exhaust mods. Rebuilt 700R4 trans (by me). Corvette servo, 0.5" boost valve, police grade 1-2 accumulator spring (shifts fast and solid). B&M stacked plate trans cooler. Bilstein shocks. Belltech sway bars front and back. New head unit, speakers and subwoofer. Needs paint and a new headliner.

I can't remember all I've forgotten about that....

Welcome to ASV. Nice looking van.

My family used to own Cothelstone Manor south of Bristol in the Quantoks.

Warbird, your van is a beauty. I particularly like the driving lights--they're certainly a classic design.
