recently the transmission seems to down shift hard when i come to a stop . And noticed today when i slow down form 70 to 65 or go from 65 to 70 i hear some rumbling noise . Not realy sure where noise comes from.

Hard shifts are a real common thing with these 4L60E transmissions. The rumbling noise could be any one of about a bizillion things.

It sounds like it stay stuck in gear when i stop and hear a clunck never done it before

Sounds like the torque converter clutch is sticking in the on position.

My van does this too for quite some time , had it checked a couple of times but it comes out to be fine.
