From what I've read the passlock Alarm can kill a vehicle. Just died driving down the road

The problem is that spark goes into the cap but doesn't come out. Now how do I fix that? Thats the real problem.

Ignition module is good. I don't have 5 volts at the key. That is the problem. Don't know why that is.

It stinks of gas. So I got gas. I don't have spark coming out of distributor

was driving along last week. back fired and died. replaced cap and rotor. and cam sensor under the cap. got spark going into the cap but nothing coming out. also don't have 5 volts at the ignition. i did the passlock override by connecting the yellow to the orange/black wire. I'm completely lost. HELP
