A young fella saw a you tube video of my 5 speed 4wd lifted shorty, and made a comment on the youtube video. I responded of course, one thing led to another and last weekend he came out to have a look at these 2 vans. I made him a deal he cant refuse and he is trying to arrange a trailer to come back for them..
Of course I cant cant count my chickens before they hatch, and no money has changed hands, yet, but there is hope
They will be going to a good home, a young guy who wants to resurrect the 4x4 with new engine etc, and he has some kind of you tube garage channel of his own too, so maybe we will see the old girl out there on video again some day I'm getting too old to work on them anymore and I am into motorcycles now that the family has grown up and moved away.The end of an era. Its been a long 17 years and 5 vans ;)
