Well, since I ended up spending a fortune on getting winched out of ditches and deep snow banks I decided to get a winch bumper and winch for my lifted 95. I found this bumper online for about 300 dollars

I also bought one of those harbor freight 9000 LB winches. This is one of those budget builds for my income level
anyways here are some pics of the fabrication of the brackets and mounting of the bumper

We took the stock bumper mount and cut the front out of them
