so this is my question...will 31" tires fit with 3" lift coils? Will I have to notch the fenders?
I dont have my fender well covers in anymore so that wont be an issue any more

crate 350 bored .60 over, 700R4, lifted...yada yada yada. Who cares what i have, ITS FAST AND I LOVE DRIVING IT!!!

You will be doing alot of cutting (or hammering in my case 
) to make them fit. They will most likely rub if you hit a large bump while turning.

4" leaf spring relocation mounts (by ME),
added a leaf spring from a 94 S10 blazer.
All this gives me 5-6 inches of lift.
