93 sliding side door repair

Post by Cooper24 »

The roller on the sliding door is completely gone and the door started to hit the locking pin so many times it is now flopping all over the place. I have to try to get everthing lined up to get it to latch. First I would like to get the door sliding correctly. Where can I but the rollers for the door?

Any suggestions to fix the pin that the door latches to?

To get to the rollers, you will need to remove your rear panel by the passenger side rear wheel, there will be 3 nuts you will have to remove, to get the outside panel off, once you get the outside panel off you will see all your rollers. You can probably order them from the dealer. Or scrounge the salvage yards, the yard would probably be a good start point to find the latching mechanism.
