Is a great price if includes the sending unit. I'd ask him if inculded. My guess is, it's not.
You can also use the Sunpro water temp. unit. I believe it's the Autozone gauge that has the word TEMP at the bottom and not WATER TEMP.

No it doesn't include the sending unit, but those are universal and can be bought anywhere for less than $10. Try http://www.summit.com; they list many selections. Even my local Autozone has them.
He also said it's a 2 5/16 face diameter.

If I'm not mistaken,,I think the Sunpro TEMP gauge is around 20 bucks.
