V8 exhaust manifolds questions. and TBI questions

I have a 1995 350/5.7 from a Tahoe. I also have 1998 350/5.7 Vortec heads on this engine I need to know which exhaust manifolds I should use when I install this into my 89 Astro van and which vehicle should I pull the Y pipe from to work on this combo. I have access to two different yards to pull from. (its good to make friends at these places) Most yards do not allow customers to go into the yard any more.

My second set of questions: I have a TBI set up for the engine above I have the computer (I believe the number is like 7747)
I once had a similar engine in another Astro with a custom chip for a 305 can I reuse this on the 350? And if not can I get a stock replacement chip somewhere? Anyone know where I can get a stock EGR set up for the Vortec heads cheap?

These fit the 1989 donor it came out of and is 1995 350 truck manifolds.

ok so are you parting with them?

Nope.In fact the plan is to extrusion port them.Advantage with cast manifolds is they don't rust out or warp or leak like tube headers do.
