Front brush guard

Hi and Happy New Year!
Bolted on thw Manik 4x4 brush guard onto my 2003 AWD Astro. I have the 2" lift, also have custom aluminum bumper.
The Brush guard has the 35" centers for uprights. It was a Manik #169851, built for a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 truck.

Hi,

Not that easy. I have studied the brush guard concept for a long time. A custom bracket is required to attach to the Astro frame.
This bracket is made from 1/4" thick mild steel. I first made a pattern with cardboard which I took to a Metal fabrication shop.
I will take picture and post.
